Insurance

We have a self-pay model and free underserved clinic. In addition, we are contracted with Medicare and other insurances.

Our patient visits are comprehensive. A complete history and physical exam is performed and thorough plan of care is established. Dr. Anker’s diagnosis and management is informed by the latest up-to-date evidence as well as literature only available outside the traditional healthcare model. Your care is thorough and meticulous; your time and your personal history are respected.

We are contracted with Medicare and can accept your Medicare card.

We are an Independent Sutter practice and can accept many Sutter-based insurance.

Acute 15-Minute Visit

This visit is perfect for those who have a single acute issue (i.e. cough, cold, urinary tract infection, medication refill, or note for work or school).

Cost: $75

Comprehensive New Patient Visit

A one-hour visit covering all past medical history and current medical concerns, as well as formulating treatment plans, including lab work, medications and follow-up.

Cost: $300

Comprehensive Follow-up Visits: $150

We appreciate Self-Pay and can provide you with a summary of services received to obtain insurance imbursement.

Online Booking

Our pricing aligns with the standard average 2022 Insurance Fee Schedule to maximize your insurance reimbursement.

File a Claim

We have also contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO, United PPO, and Healthnet PPO, and as a courtesy, will bill them for you, however, your deductible may not be met and thus you will be responsible for the unpaid portion. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance prior to booking an appointment to have a firm understanding of your potential costs.

Dr. Anker enjoys seeing patients of all ages. His training encompassed delivering babies and caring for newborns, children, and adolescents.

Dr. Anker graduated Family Medicine Residency with a concentration in Integrative Health. Our practice focuses on the most effective evidenced-based modalities of attaining health. Both western and integrative medicine are used.
